I am an experienced  web designer and web developer. I started developing websites as early as 1999.

I also worked as a pre-sales systems consultant for a top IT distribution company. I was until recently, a trainer for customer service and Sales for a prominent US-based e-commerce website. Currently I am doing Enterprise Support for one of the leading online and brick and mortar retailers in the US and Canada.

I have worked in the various IT segments: web development, hardware support,  customer service training, Sales training and training design.

I analyze existing paradigms and try to make things more efficient for my employer or my customers.

My passion is to get customer satisfaction and drive their success. I have creative ideas that increase efficiency, and I work well in a team environment or independently.

I can create training manuals and organize scattered data from departments into structured intranets.

Whatever field of endeavor I find myself, I get up to speed quick and soon become subject matter expert.

I currently lead the Manila team of the Global Service Desk for Avanade – the company formed by Microsoft and Accenture’s merger in 2000.
